House of Orange - 15% discount!
You'll know from all my gushing about Dutch designers (Marije Vogelzang, Christien Meindetsma etc) that I am a big fan of Dutch design! So I was quite excited to stumble across House of Orange in Armadale recently, which is a large homewares store that specialises in all things Dutch! (Another one of those 'why don't I already know about this?' moments...) Their range is broad and very eclectic - a great selection of ceramic, glass and resin tableware, as well as lighting, furniture and accessories - and lots of colour!
House of Orange is run by the very friendly Hans and Ursula van Schoonhoven, and they are celebrating the store's first birthday this month! BUT it gets better - Ursula and Hans are kindly offering The Design Files readers a 15% discount for the month of May as part of their first birthday celebrations! Yay! Sooo why not make a little trip down to Armadale and check out their gorgeous collection? Just mention The Design Files for your discount :)
ps) might I also suggest a wander through the ever-gorgeous Market Import afterwards, which is only a few doors down? Yes go on, make a day of it :)
