The very gorgeous Liane Rossler nominates Jenny Lacey of LMNOP online mag for kids and their parents. Well deserved! LMNOP rocks.

If you are a creative person in Sydney chances are you may know about this Creative Sydney business going on this week. I cannot profess that I will be attending any events as you guys all know I am in Melbourne...! HOWEVER one good thing you can check out from wherever you happen to be is an online event called 10x10 - a great little web-based project dreamed up by Sydney creative dynamo Jess Scully, and hosted by The Loop.

10x10 invites 10 Sydney-based creative industry leaders to each nominate 10 creative businesses or practitioners who inspire them. The result, of course, is 100 new creative minds to discover! It's a really interesting exercise in the power of personal recommendation... and it's also very cool to see how many super successful creative people look towards emerging creatives for a source of inspiration. I guess when you're at the top of your game, it pays to watch your back!

I think we need a Melbourne 10 x 10! Who would you nominate from your home city?

Sass and Bide's Sarah-Jane Clarke and Heidi Middleton nominate Edward Coutts-Davidson, who seems to wear many hats including creative director, event designer, interior designer and interiors stylist. Here he seems to have had something to do with putting Natalie Imbruglia on top of the Sydney Opera house for Harpers Bazaar April 2010?! Wow!
