I caved in today and bought something I have loved for a long time.... it's the
Flo little table for
Driade by
Patricia Urquiola... it was really cheap!
Stock is getting a little thin on the ground in the Melbourne store now, but it's definitely worth a visit... most of the floorstock is discounted by at least 25% and in some cases up to 70%! Also all the smaller homewares (glass and ceramic ware, accessories and some books) are discounted too, bringing them into a very reasonable price-range.
Come on now, we've all got to do our bit with the economic downturn :)
